Note: I am not comfortable with Cleveland coming ahead of Birmingham and Fox City but the formula shows it, so we post it with the following caveat.  The divisional strength of the NL Central gave the Spiders a scoring boost to push them ahead.  A boost is fair and appropriate, but how much of a boost is not very scientific :)

• The Cloverleafs narrowly beat out the Foxes (#17).  The main reason was the better performance in the balanced resims, and the better run differential in the regular resims.
