The ultimate question of next years draft might be how early does Frank Killen go? Drafted in the 8th round of this years draft by the DC Chips, Killen is already a steal with an 8th round pick. He's simply the best pitcher in the game. With a relievers ERA he tosses enough innings to run with the starters and the combination is deadly. In May, the lefty tossed 44 innings giving up just 26 hits while striking out 37. He had a 0.61 ERA, 0.96 RCERA, and 0.79 WHIP.
