Lets just make 60 games the minimum.

In an effort to confuse everyone, another rule clarification. Justin correctly pointed out that if 65 games was the minimum, my existing player file for batters was hosed up. Since I had to redo the file, lets not make an exception for Barnes, lets lower the overall requirement to 60 games.

A new batting file has been posted and the 119 new players are highlighted in yellow for those that may have already started ranking.
