Another interesting trade to announce. The Denver RoidBoyz are sending the elite slugging outfielder, Heavy Johnson, to the Lakeview Zero's in return for ace starter Harry Brecheen.
Heavy Johnson is wrecking the ball this season and is likely the better overall player. He is hitting .337 / .374 / .588 with 62 RBI. However, he is a liability in the field (Fr/145) and long thought to be a DH only type of player which makes this an interesting find for the National League Zero's.
Heading to the AL is Brecheen who is having a great year for himself as well. In terms of ERA, he's the best Zero starter by almost a full run, sporting a 2.95 ERA in 113 IP. His RCERA is only a little worse at 3.24. How Brecheen fairs in the AL and in an extreme hitters park (Fenway '77) is anybody's guess, but is a risk for Denver.
