The Brighton Shadows took a 2-0 series lead behind a beauty of a performance from starter Dizzy Dean, while the offense supplied plenty of support with 4 home runs. Buck Leonard, Ken Griffey Jr., and Darren Daulton hit solo shots while Alex Rodriguez capped the scoring with a 2-run blast in the 6th.
Juan Marichal, the "Dominican Dandy", wasn't particularly sharp and is on record for the loss (and the four home runs).
The Series heads to the Bee Hive tomorrow where Otherton hopes for low scoring nailbiter of a win.
