Bob Caruthers - #1 Pick Overall?

I am not saying this is what will or should pan out, but hear me, I beg.  Where would you draft this player if you had an NL squad:

15-2, 3.07 ERA, 150 IP plus .344 / .432 / .656 in 200 AB  

Interesting thought I exercise, but that is Bob Caruthers (FFL) projected stats for this year.  Quite remarkable, that is easily early first round material, and possibly top overall.
