The Chips are in!

No team played particularly well during the last 5 days, but Rochester's 3-game losing streak ended their playoff run. Facing a very good White Meadow Lake squad, Rochester kept each game close losing by an average of just 2 runs per game.

In the last game of the season, Bill Bernhard tossed a 4 hitter against them, while their very own Orel Hershiser gave the utmost effort tossing 144 pitches and pitching into the 9th in a losing effort.

Here are the final playoff matchups

Harry Caray
- Planet 10 (#4) vs. Windy City (#1)
- La Chapelle (#3) vs. Bellevue (#2)

Vin Scully
- John McDonald (#1) vs. Helena (#4)
- White Meadow Lake (#2) vs. DC (#3)
