Maybe a dumb question, but is your projected win formula flawed? Diamonds have a better run differential than DCC, Diamonds have a 3 game lead on DCC, but by the end of the year, you project Diamonds to lose ground to only win by 2 games?
Hmm, I see what you mean. I didn't make the formula sophisticated enough to say - current Win total + the expected win total based upon remaining games left & expected winning percentage.Instead, i just figured out what the "expected" winning percentage was for the season, and multiplied that by 162 games.The difference is minor in July, but really becomes apparent with a handful of games left. Nice catch. I will try and figure that out.
