Players of the Week

Babe Ruth slugged .878 and hit 7 HR's this sim, earning him the Batter of the Week honors.  He batted .388 with a .508 slugging, scored 9, and drove in 16 for the DC Chips.  His OPS was 1.386.

Not to be outdone by the Great Bambino, the "Mechanics" Willie Mitchel went 2-1 with a 1.59 ERA and a spotless 0.97 RCERA in Week 5.  He yielded just 10 hits in 22.2 innings of work, striking out 12 and walking 5.
