How To Cherry Pick

Long have ATB owners agonized over the unfortunate fact that DMB simply doesn't believe many of the pitchers we thought were the best growing up, are in fact among the best ever.  And I'll admit, part of me was hoping some of these pitchers would disproportionately benefit from the loss of the DH.

So, cherry picking those pitchers who are doing well, we may be onto something.  How is this for a combined line:

16-10, 2.89 ERA, 233 IP, 202 H, 156 K, 1.16 WHIP

That is the combined line of Three Finger Brown, Lefty Grove, Ron Guidry, Sandy Koufax, and Dutch Leonard.

There is some truth to the rumor I'm picking up Carl Lundgren and Jack Pfiester this Friday.

There is however, an unfortunate "other side":

5-15, 5.42 ERA, 174 IP, 221 H, 147 K, 1.57 WHIP

That's the line for Bill Foster, Bob Gibson, Christy Mathewson, Tom Seaver, and Cy Young.
