The "Mechanics" Koji Uehera comfortably wins the AL Reliever of the Year award thanks to a stellar 1.54 ERA, 36 Saves, and small blown save percentage.

Koji's main competition came from the Red Eagles Cla Meredith, a reliever who didn't maintain as good rate stats, but pitched almost twice as many innings to the tune of a 2.05 ERA.  Meredith was on more ballots overall, but Uehera captured 8 of the 14 1st place votes, while Meridith secured just 3
