Power Alley - Week 1

Reminder: 
Power Alley is meaningless, but fun.  It takes a teams winning percentage and adjusts it upward or downward depending upon it's Pythagorean Winning Percentage*.  The rankings are weighted 60/40 for Pythag vs Actual.

As an added bonus, the Projected Wins take a teams actual wins and adds to that a total derived from the explanation above, played out over the course of the rest of the season.

*Formula is:  W%=[(Runs Scored)^1.83]/[(Runs Scored)^1.83 + (Runs Allowed)^1.83]
