Borischtown Brawlers @ Otherton Fishbiscuit
Borischtown takes a virtually insurmountable 3-0 series lead thanks to a 9-0 thrashing of the Fishbiscuits. This game was over in the first inning after Larry Doyle 3-run home run gave his squad a 5-0 lead.
After a lone run in the third, the Brawlers added three more in the 7th thanks in part to another Willie Stargell home run, his second of the series.
Kevin Appier was superb in the win, pitching a complete game shutout, striking out 6 and yielding just 4 hits.
